Owner and Director
Ashley Wasilewski, PsyD
Founder of Starlight Psychological Services in order to provide meaningful and ethical psychological services to the Idaho Falls community. Dr. Wasilewski completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 2015 and Doctor of Psychology in 2020 at the APA accredited doctoral program at Spalding University in Louisville KY. She completed her APA accredited Doctoral Internship in 2018 at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and her Post Doctoral hours at Bellarmine University Counseling Center in Louisville, KY, and at Innovative Health Care Concepts in Idaho Falls, ID.

Since 2012, Dr. Ashley Wasilewski has provided psychological and mental health services in various roles to different communities and has greatly enjoyed and loved seeing her patients grow and their own paths in healing. She has worked in outpatient, residential, and inpatient settings with clients of all ages providing diagnostic and psychological assessments, psychotherapy and other interventions to individuals, groups, and couples, and crisis management and intervention to patients who were struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and traumas, psychotic disorders, substance use issues, relationship issues, sexual assault victims, domestic violence issues, and many other mental health disorders.

In her therapy work, Dr. Ashley utilizes an integrated person centered approach in order to best meet people where they are currently at in their journeys of healing and self-imporvment. Her therapeutic framework includes cognitive and behavioral therapies, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and some psychodynamic influences. Through this lens, Dr. Ashley is able to create a safe environment where her patients feel safe to start opening up and begin collaborative work on the issues that had them seek help.

Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Ashley had enjoyed being able to live and explore different parts of the United States. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, son, two dogs and horse. She enjoys going with her family to local parks, going trail riding with her friends seeing the beautiful scenery of Idaho, and exploring new and old sights and towns.

Post Doctoral Fellow
Jeffrey Orme, PsyD
Jeff Orme received his PsyD from the APA accredited Regent University program which emphasizes a generalist training in psychological intervention. He completed an APA accredited internship in a community mental health clinic setting where he continued to hone his skills in the practice of assessment and therapy. Jeff also completed a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling at Lubbock Christian University and received a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in sociology from Utah State University.
Jeff has been providing mental health services in various capacities since 2015 and truly loves it. At Starlight Psychological Services, Jeff performs diagnostic assessments, psychological testing, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy for individuals, groups, couples, and families.
In therapy, Jeff utilizes the framework of acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as components of cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy when they can enhance the therapy process. He employs a person centered approach, which places a premium on first understanding the client and building trust so clients feel comfortable and confident working with him.
Jeff was born and raised in southeast Idaho, he graduated from South Fremont High School in St. Anthony. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children. You can find them hiking, swimming, camping, playing various sports, and enjoying the outdoors any way possible.
